Where did my render go?

Finished renders land in the Library tab of the app, ready to watch and download. A render keeps going even if you close the tab or the app.

How long are my files kept?

The video you upload is deleted the moment its render finishes. Finished renders are kept 24 hours on the free plan, 72 hours on Standard and 7 days on Studio, then deleted automatically. Download anything you want to keep.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or use the hosted page at /delete-account from any browser. Deletion is immediate and removes your renders, saved recipes and sign-in sessions along with the account.

Refunds

A render that fails costs nothing - the credit it reserved is returned automatically, every time, without asking. Re-rendering the same clip with different settings is free for 24 hours on every plan.
